A VA service that supports ADHD entrepreneurs to get laser focused, stay in the flow and build baddass businesses!

ADHD-Friendly Virtual Assistant Support, from someone (me) who totally gets it!
As a late-diagnosed ADHDer and a Virtual Assistant of five years, I know exactly how tricky it can feel to hand over admin, planning or “simple” tasks that never feel simple. ADHD entrepreneurs don’t just need a VA — we need someone who understands executive dysfunction, overwhelm, idea avalanches and the struggle to stay in flow.

That’s why my VA services go way beyond admin. I blend practical organisation with ADHD-friendly strategies, accountability check-ins, communication styles that work for your brain, and loads of tips and tactics to keep you laser-focused and moving forward.

I have been officially diagnosed for 4 years, however, I went down the ADHD rabbit hole - waaay before that - in 2019 I started hyper focusing and devouring any info I could on ADHD symptoms! I set up an ADHD support group, designed ADHD jewellery and ADHD diagnosis celebration cards and even put on an ADHD event called The Lost Girls, speaking on stage to 250 late diagnosed women and their allies!

Transparency, honesty, flexibility and a big growth mindset are at the heart of how I work. And because I stay on top of the latest AI tools and trends, I help streamline your systems and keep your business running smoothly — without the chaos.

If you want support from someone who truly understands how your brain works, you’re in the right place!

Funded via Access to Work
What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides funding for practical support to help disabled people stay in work or run their business. This includes support for ADHD, whether you’re employed, self-employed or freelance.
Can Access to Work fund
ADHD-friendly VA support?
Yes — many clients use Access to Work to fund virtual assistant support, executive-function support, organisation, planning and accountability. Funding is assessed case-by-case, but this type of support is commonly approved.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
Not always. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to apply for Access to Work, but you will need to explain how ADHD-related challenges affect your work. I can help you think through and describe your support needs.
I’m self-employed — can I still apply?
Yes! Self-employed people, freelancers and business owners can apply for Access to Work. You’ll need to show that you’re doing paid work and that the support helps you stay productive and in business.
How does payment work with Access to Work?
Access to Work usually reimburses you after you’ve paid for the support, although in some cases they can pay the supplier directly. I’ll provide clear quotes and invoices to support your claim.
Can you help with my Access to Work application?
Absolutely. I can provide quotes, help you explain your support needs in Access-to-Work-friendly language, and guide you through the process so it feels less overwhelming.
What if I need something slightly different from the packages listed?
No problem at all. The packages are flexible and can be tailored to suit how you work, what you struggle with, and how much support you need. Just get in touch and we’ll build something that fits.
